pictures: Fatal Accident At Asaba Motor Park In Upper Iweka Onitsha, 80 Burnt To Death As Gas Trailer, Tanker Suffers Brake Failure. Around 3pm today, Sunday the 31st of May 2015, close to 80 passengers were burnt alive inside Asaba Park on Upper Iweka area of Onitsha.According to eyewitnesses, the tanker trailer above lost control of the vehicle and rammed into the motor pack full of people travelling to various destinations across the country.
The tanker which was fully loaded with gas caught fire killing over 50 people.
15 buses and their passengers were burnt to death before help could arrive.
